Here is an overview of the services we offer directly at the facility to our guests, always included in the price of the stay.

Large private garden with parking

A guaranteed parking space for each apartment, small tables, deck chairs, hammocks, and lots of games for children: slide, swing, sandbox, and a playhouse equipped with a small kitchen to keep even the youngest children entertained.

Covered barbecue with fully equipped kitchen

Because there is nothing better than grilling outdoors in good company!

Fire up the grill, choose your favorite ingredients, and enjoy the authentic pleasure of being together, surrounded by the nature of our private garden.

Heated ski room

Perfect for storing skis, snowboards and boots after a day on the slopes.

Practical and tidy, it is the ideal space to store your equipment while waiting for new adventures on the beautiful slopes of the San Martino di Castrozza Ski Area.

Storage for bikes, e-bikes and motorcycles

Whatever your two-wheeled vehicle is, you can park it safely in our garage.

Our valley is very quiet, but an extra touch of security never hurts.

If you have an e-bike, you can recharge it for free!

In addition, we also hire e-bikes and equipment at € 55.00/day (for several days we apply reduced rates).

Bike garage

Complete with tool kit, compressor and pulivapor, for any maintenance or cleaning needs.

We also have some additional services,
available by reservation and for a small fee

Extra housekeeping during the stay

If you would like additional cleaning services, all you have to do is ask! We will be happy to take care of it whenever you need it.

Breakfast served in your room

Wake up to the flavors of our land!

We bring you directly to your apartment a rich basket of fresh produce from our farm and other local producers. The good thing?

You compose it yourself, according to your taste!

Four-legged friends

For pets we ask a small fee of € 15 per day, but only for the first 5 days of stay. If you bring two animals, the second one pays € 5 more per day.

Example:
One animal for no. 10 days = € 75,00;
Two animals for no. 10 days = € 100,00;
One animal for no. 3 days = € 45,00;
Two animals for no. 3 days = € 60,00.
